I was recommended Profile Flooring by one of my neighbours. I’ve recently had my flooring levelled and LVT fitted.

Profile Flooring have been brilliant throughout the entire process from purchase to fitting. When we first went into the shop the gentleman working took the time to show us different products.

Unfortunately I don’t know the name of the lady who I’ve spoken to on the phone a few times to arrange fittings but she has always been really lovely and made an effort to book us in at the most convenient times.

The price for the materials and fitting was brilliant compared to some other local companies I got quotes from. Luke did both the levelling and floor fitting. We’re so pleased with the quality of work he has done. He was really tidy, polite and friendly.

We will definitely be using Profile Flooring for future jobs and would highly recommend them.

From start to finish I would not hesitate to recommend Profile. After a horrendous DIY flooring job by us Martyn and his team came to the rescue. Initially we visited the showroom and was given samples to bring home and try out before Martyn came round to our home to measure up and bring some further samples. Profile carried out the entire job of levelling the lounge, hallway and kitchen and fit LVT to an excellent standard and within just a few days.

I cannot fault the service we received and would absolutely use Profile again for our carpet or flooring needs.

Charlie and I, want to thank you for the recent installation of the flooring at our newly renovated home.

We had in our minds that we wanted a luxury vinyl tile flooring through our hallway and extension but hadn’t though where to start.

Having had an initial conversation with Elle we were invited to a private consultation on a Saturday morning with Martin at the shop in Thundersley, which was hugely helpful as me and Charlie both work during the week.

Martin provided us with all the relevant information so that we could best understand the installation process and the help us decide on the final pattern the flooring was going to be laid. (There is so much choice!)

Having shortlisted a couple of LVT types, Martin provided us with samples to take home and compare to the kitchen cupboards.

He then arranged a final survey, and the quote was sent and agreed, and the works were scheduled in with the fitters.

On the day of the installation the fitting team turned up on time, were clean and tidy, polite and represented Profile Flooring with exceptional standards.

I will be 100% using Profile Flooring for the other floors in the house and would not hesitate to recommend Profile Flooring to by Best Clients.
